1. Registration of pledges of non-movable property mandatory state registration:

Article 457 of the Tax Code:

1) from individuals - 1 rate of a monthly calculation indicator (hereinafter - MCI);
2) from legal entities - 5 MCI.

For issuing a duplicate of a certificate of registration of a pledge of movable property not subject to mandatory state registration - 0.5 MCI.

Appendix 5 to the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2016 No. 87 “On approval of prices for goods (work, services) produced and (or) sold by the State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”:

  • For issuing a certificate of registration of a pledge of movable property not subject to mandatory state registration - 30.5 tenge;
  • For correction of errors in registration documents made through the fault of the applicant - 59.2 tenge.
