The sole shareholder of the non-commercial joint-stock company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by the Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The body exercising the right to own and use the state-owned block of shares of the non-profit joint-stock company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” is the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to paragraph 7 of the Charter of the non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" The Ministry of digital development, innovation and the aerospace industry (the sole shareholder) considers and makes decisions on matters within the competence of the general meeting of shareholders in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Decisions on issues referred by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the non-profit joint-stock company “State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”to the competence of the general meeting of shareholders and the sole shareholder are taken by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan independently, with the exception of issues that are decided by agreement with the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
