In Egov's personal account, you must open an application for issuing a cadastral passport, click on the status page "Attached: status page", and make an additional payment according to the specified amount on the "Service Information" page. Next, you need to go to the next step and update the status, after which an electronic cadastral passport will be received in your personal account.

For a new house, it is necessary to issue an Act of acceptance of the facility into operation and order a service for entering technical and identification information of the residential building into the legal cadastre. In case of demolition of an old house, a certificate of demolition of the property is issued after a technical inspection.

To make adjustments, you must apply online for Egov. In the "Real Estate" section, select the subsection "Housing relations", then the service "Correction of erroneous information about real estate in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities", specify the type of error. The application will be reviewed within one business day, and the new cadastral passport will be sent to your personal account.

Copies of documents in the registration file of the legal cadastre are submitted upon reasoned requests from:
- judicial,
- law enforcement and other government agencies,
- temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitation managers within the framework of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, the liquidation commission (liquidator) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity,
- bailiffs within their competence, in cases of enforcement proceedings pending before them, accompanied by a copy of the enforcement document stamped by a private bailiff or territorial department.
The specified information is provided to other persons with the written consent of the copyright holder.

Information on a specific object of immovable property and generalized data on the rights (encumbrances of rights) of an individual or legal entity to real estate objects in his possession, certified by the registering authority, are issued at the request of the rightholder (authorized representative) and motivated requests from:
lawyers;
- law enforcement, judicial authorities, in criminal, civil, and administrative cases;
- bailiffs on enforcement documents in production in accordance with their competence;
- State revenue agencies and other government agencies;
- notaries, heirs;
- temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitation managers within the framework of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, the liquidation commission (liquidator) of a forcibly liquidated legal entity;
- financial managers in the framework of procedures for restoring solvency or judicial bankruptcy of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- guardianship and guardianship authorities;
- other persons with the written consent of the copyright holder

Information about the presence of encumbrances (arrest, pledge, legal claim, suspension of registration actions) on real estate can be requested in the Form-2 certificate Via the e-Government web portal (www.egov.kz ) for individuals, if they have an electronic digital signature, detailed information and copies of the encumbrance documents are provided by the Branch of the State Corporation for the location of the real estate when submitting an application to the office of the Branch or via e-mail.

To remove the arrest from your real estate in the Unified Legal Cadastre, apply to the body that imposed the arrest. (if the encumbrance is imposed electronically, the removal is carried out electronically by the body that imposed the seizure; if it is imposed on paper, it is removed on paper (you may be given a document on the lifting of the arrest and you need to submit this document to the office of the branch of the State Corporation at the location of the property);
- if there is a pledge, you contact the pledgee, it can be a Bank or a legal entity (if your pledge is repaid, the pledgee must issue you a letter of withdrawal of the pledge and issue a power of attorney to apply for state registration of termination of encumbrance through the PSC);
- when legal claims are imposed (through the office of a branch of the State Corporation or through E-Oninish, you submit an application for information and copies of documents on the legal claim);

Correction of erroneous information of real estate objects is carried out through:
- The Public Service Center of the State Corporation (the application is submitted to the PSC at the location of the real estate);
- The e-government portal. Through the e-government web portal (www.egov.kz ) for individuals, if they have an electronic digital signature, it is available (attach all the documents and write a statement where to correct what).

It is necessary to choose the name of the Branch at the location of the real estate (for example, if the real estate is located in the city of Astana, you must select a branch of the non-profit joint-stock company "Government for Citizens State Corporation" in the city of Astana).
