Today, an in-person meeting of the Board of Directors of the state corporation “Government for Citizens” was held in Nur-Sultan. During the meeting, a number of important issues related to the activities of the State Corporation were discussed.

10 members of the Board of Directors took part in the voting on the agenda items: Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Erbol Ospanov, Vice Minister of Agriculture Ruslan Manataev, Vice Minister of Justice Azamat Amirgaliev, Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee Bakytbek Tashenev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Asemgul Baltasheva, as well as independent directors Bektas Mukhamedzhanov, Tallo Ivar, Murat Ishmukhamedov and Nurlan Yesembaev.

Following the meeting of the Board of Directors, a decision was made to place the announced shares of the State Corporation.

In addition, the Report of the Internal Audit Service on the results of work for the 3rd quarter of 2020, the Risk Map and the Report on the current state of the risk management process and internal control of the State Corporation for 9 months of 2020 were taken into account, and also approved: assessment of the implementation of the Development Plan of the State Corporation for 2016 – 2020 for 2019, semi-annual clarification of the State Corporation Development Plan for 2016-2020 (year – 2020, clarification of the 2nd half of the year, identifier: 14-160440007161-2016-004), State Corporation Development Plan for 2021-2025 (year – 2021, annual update, identifier: 14-160440007161-2021-001) and the performance of employees of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation based on the results of work for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2020.
