Innovative projects of the State Corporation are presented in the modernized Public Service Center in Almaty

On July 1, the Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin, Akim of Almaty Erbolat Dosayev and Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin visited the modernized public service center in Almaty. The modernization of public service centers in Almaty began with the one located at st. Markova, 44.

“We are gradually moving away from the outdated model of public service centers. Thus, according to the Presidential Decree, we plan to modernize 115 front offices of the State Corporation by the end of 2024. At the same time, the quality of provision of public services to citizens is our main task. The improved public service center in Almaty has become convenient for both clients and employees,” commented the Minister of Digital Development Bagdat Musin.

The main difference between digital public offices and conventional public service centers is the availability of the latest equipment and a modern approach to the provision of services. Thus, the modernized public service center was renovated, furniture and office equipment were replaced. To improve business processes and reduce service delivery time, new multifunctional devices have been installed that allow printing up to 30 pages per minute.

“For us, the comfort of each client is a priority. We already have positive experience in opening a convenient digital office in Astana at the address: st. Kerey Zhanibek khandar, 4. Now another public service center has been modernized in the southern capital. In addition to traditional services, innovative projects of the State Corporation are presented here. One of them is a 24-hour parcel locker with 33 slots, where citizens can pick up a completed document at any convenient time. Also, jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we launched a documentation terminal at the Almaty Public Service Center for self-submission of an application for a passport and identity card,” noted the Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin.

Let us note that in the modernized public service center everything is thought out for the comfort of citizens. To avoid crowding of clients, the CSC is divided into special sectors. Thus, in the contact zone, clients can receive services independently. In addition, they teach the skills of receiving services via smartphones. In the speed zone, services are provided that require no more than 10 minutes. There is also a sector of social services, documentation and issuance of ready-made documents. For young visitors there is a children's corner, for people with special needs - a ramp and a separate sector for services.

By the way, today there are 13 public service centers and special public service centers in Almaty. Since the beginning of the year, about one and a half million services have been provided to city residents. It is expected that the modernized public service center will be visited by about 3 thousand clients per day
