Kazakhstan's Unified Contact Center 1414 has received international recognition

The unified contact center “Government for Citizens” received high approval from the jury in the category “Best Contact Center for the Public” in the international competition CСGuru Awards/Crystal Headset. The award ceremony took place in Moscow.

Over 440 nominees took part in the competition. More than 150 contact centers from Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus competed for the title of the best. In January 2024, 1414 reached the finals and in February received members of the CCGuru Awards jury at the Unified Contact Center office. Representatives of the competition commission got acquainted with the work of the center and information systems.

By the way, the CСGuru Awards/Crystal Headset has been annually awarded to the best in the contact center industry and remote interaction with clients by the decision of a competent jury for more than 15 years. The award reflects recognition by the professional Community of a high level of maturity and development, confirms the high achievements and results of participants in the field of remote interaction with clients in contact centers.

It should be noted that the Unified Contact Center came under the jurisdiction of the State Corporation in 2021. Specialists advise citizens on obtaining 1,354 government services through audio and video communications, as well as online chat and email. In addition, there is a robot on the line that not only advises citizens, but also provides some government services, including booking a queue at the Public Service Center. We would like to add that since the beginning of the year, the contact center has received more than 7.2 million calls.
