n the Public Service Centers of nine regions of Kazakhstan, post machines have been installed for issuing completed documents; they operate 24/7. Citizens can pick up documents at post offices at any convenient time, even after work.

Previously, a pilot project was implemented in Astana and Almaty. Service recipients independently collected more than 2 thousand documents from parcel terminals. Now the innovative project of the State Corporation has been installed in Shymkent, Taraz, Kordai, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Turkestan and Semey.

Note that the service is available for 11 types of popular services. Among them are registration of the birth of a child, registration of a pledge of movable property, apostille of documents, duplicates of title documents and others.

“When submitting an application for these services, the client is asked to pick up the result at the post office. This must be done within 3 days after receiving the message that the document is ready. The cell will open after passing biometric identification and entering the 5-digit code from SMS. This was done for security purposes so that third parties would not be able to use the service ,” noted Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.
