Today, the Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin and Akim of the Zhambyl region Nurzhan Nurzhigitov visited the modernized public service center in the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region. The new digital office is located at Batys massif, 25.
Let us note that this is the third public service center opened with the support of the regional akim. Previously, in the Zhambyl region, with the assistance of Nurzhan Nurzhigitov, a new format public service center was opened in the Bayzak district and a new public service center sector in the city of Shu. By the way, all modernized digital offices of the population are equipped with modern equipment and comfortable furniture for the convenience of citizens.
“Last year we began active work on opening modernized public service centers. We plan that modern and convenient digital offices of the population will appear in all regions in the near future. The support of akims in opening new service centers for the population is very important, since only through joint efforts can we create comfortable conditions for citizens to receive government services. I thank the akim of Zhambyl region for providing assistance in this matter,” said Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin
“About 150 thousand people live in the Kordai district. We expect that with the opening of the modernized public service center, the risk of crowds of citizens will be minimized, and the time for receiving public services will be significantly reduced. In addition, citizens themselves will be able to receive services in the self-service sector, as well as improve their digital literacy,” said Batyrkhan Toktagul, director of the State Corporation branch in the Zhambyl region.
The area of the new public service center is significantly larger than the previous one, about 2 thousand sq.m. There is an operating room divided into five service areas: speed, social services, comfort, communication and self-service. In addition, the PSC provides services from the district registration, land cadastre and social security departments.
We would like to add that for the convenience of visitors there is parking for 100 cars. It is expected that about 500 residents of the area will visit the new public service center every day.
