As it turned out, Kazakhstanis asked the largest number of questions about social payments, 42,500 (more than 400 thousand applications), in second place - pension and social security (more than 356 thousand applications), as well as questions of receiving targeted social assistance (more than 50 thousand applications).
Let us remind you that every year on the last Sunday of October, Kazakhstan celebrates a professional holiday of social workers. This day was approved in 2011 after making changes to the list of professional holidays in Kazakhstan by the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Today, in total, the state corporation "Government for Citizens" employs more than 22 thousand people in Kazakhstan, more than 2 thousand of them are workers in the social block.
“The work of the social block of the state corporation is not limited only to consulting citizens through the 1411 contact center. This is a huge layer of work. Today, 44 types of social payments are made for citizens through the Government, including payments of maternity benefits, benefits for birth and childcare up to one year old, pensions, special aids, etc.", said Birzhan Zhunusov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
It is worth noting that for 9 months of this year, the state corporation's social bloc specialists made 20.3 million payments.
At the same time, the most popular services were the appointment of benefits for the birth and care of a child up to a year (315,397 services), the appointment of social benefits in case of loss of income due to caring for a child upon reaching the age of one year (206,082 services), the appointment of social benefits in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth (154,499 services).
