In order to ensure legal protection for employees of the non-profit joint-stock company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) and to comply with the Code of Business Ethics, the State Ombudsman has been introduced.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation dated May 17, 2023, Bakhyt Abishev Shalharovich was appointed to this position.
Ombudsman - a person appointed by the Board of Directors of the State Corporation, whose role is to advise the employees of the State Corporation who have approached him and to assist in the resolution of labor disputes, conflicts, social and labor issues, as well as in observance of the principles of business ethics by the employees of the State Corporation.

At the same time, in accordance with the internal documents of the State Corporation, the Ombudsman is required to maintain confidentiality of information that became known during the period in which he performed his functions, to ensure legal protection (within the framework established by labor legislation) of employees for the duration of the dispute resolution procedures, and to promote compliance with the principle of equal treatment of officials persons and other employees of the State Corporation, and the prevention of any kind of discrimination.
