The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” NJSC announces that from March 1, 2021, it will begin accepting applications from citizens to participate in the formation of the Talent Pool (personnel reserve) of the State Corporation.

Requirements for candidates for the reserve:

- availability of higher education;

- work experience of at least 5 years

* the presence of a scientific degree is not required, but can be considered as an advantage when enrolling in the reserve.

Registration and online selection will be made on the website talent.gov4c.kz. Access to submit applications for participation in the selection will be provided at 00:00 hours from March 1.

The first stage of selection will be the passing of a logical test (verbal and numerical).

The second compulsory stage is passing the test for knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws "On public services", "On personal data and their protection", "On combating corruption", "On the procedure for considering applications from individuals and legal entities" and "On Joint Stock Companies").

And the final stage is an interview with members of the expert council.

Candidates with the highest score and passed the interview stage will be enrolled in the talent pool for subsequent appointment to the corresponding vacant positions (as they become available).
