NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" selects applicants for employment on a competitive basis in accordance with the Rules for occupying a vacant position in the State Corporation.

Please note that these Rules were approved on July 11, 2022 by a decision of the Board. By the way, they are publicly available on the State Corporation website in the “Career” section.

The competition for vacant positions includes a number of successive stages: 1) publication of an announcement about the competition for vacant positions; 2) accepting documents from citizens wishing to take part in the competition for vacant positions; 3) review of documents of competition participants for compliance with established qualification requirements; 4) interviews with candidates for vacant positions.

Since the beginning of 2023, the State Corporation has announced competitions for filling 2,285 vacant positions. 1,940 applicants applied for participation, 112 of them are current employees of the State Corporation. By the way, 2,036 people were admitted to the interview, 1,258 of them received a positive decision from the competition committee and were hired.
