A new deputy chairman has been appointed to the state corporation "Government for Citizens"

Kanat Dybyspayev was born in 1977. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov.

Kanat Dybyspayev was born in 1977. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov. In the same year, he began working as a teacher of mathematics and computer science in high school. From 2001 to 2006, he was deputy head of the applied administration department at the branch of the processing center of KTZ JSC. From November 2007 to October 2010, he held the position of chief project manager of the Processing Center of the Retail Business Development Department of Tsesnabank JSC.

From 2011 to 2017, he held various technical positions from project manager to director of the department for supporting the service model of informatization at JSC National Information Technologies. From November 2017 to March 2018, he led the project in the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018-19, he was engaged in private entrepreneurship, and since July 2019, he has been managing director and member of the board of JSC Unified Accumulative Pension Fund.

Let us recall that on April 8, Suyenish Abdildin, who previously held the position of first deputy chairman of the board, became the chairman of the board of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”. He replaced Adil Kozhikhov as chairman.
