The meeting of the Board of Directors was held at the "Government for Citizens"

Today a face-to-face meeting of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" was held, which is considering important issues of the State Corporation's activities.

10 members of the Board of Directors took part in the voting on the agenda items: Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Yerbol Ospanov, Vice Minister of Agriculture Rustem Kurmanov, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Justice Azamat Amirgaliev, Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee Bakytbek Tashenev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Asemgul Baltasheva, as well as independent directors Bektas Mukhamedzhanov, Tallo Ivar, Murat Ishmukhamedov and Nurlan Yesembayev.

Following the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made: Bagdat Musin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NJSC State Corporation “Government for Citizens” was elected, and a decision was made to place the announced shares of NJSC State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.

In addition, the Report of the Internal Audit Service on the results of work for the 2nd quarter of 2020 was taken into account, changes were made to the Accounting Policy, and the Code of Business Conduct for Employees, the budget of the Internal Audit Service, the Policy for ensuring the succession of members of the Board of Directors, the Program (plan) for development of the competences of members of the Board of Directors.

At the same time, the powers of the Corporate Secretary Seitbekova A.U. were terminated ahead of schedule. and a new Corporate Secretary was appointed Aldabergenova Z.M., as well as the terms of her office and the size of the official salary were approved.
