The Government for Citizens held a meeting of the Board of Directors

On February 25, 2021, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" was held, in which the following members of the Board of Directors took part: Musin B.B., Amirgaliev A.Kh., Manataev R.E., Ospanov E.D., Kozhikhov A.G., Balieva Z.Ya., Mukhamedzhanov B.G., Ivar Tallo, Yesembaev N.S.

Following the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made:

- the Report of the Management Board of the State Corporation on the implementation of the Development Strategy of the State Corporation for 2018-2022 for 2020 was approved,

- the report on the current state of the risk management process of the State Corporation for the second half of 2020, the map of corruption risks for public services, the report of the Internal Audit Service on the results of work for the fourth quarter of 2020 and on the results of work for 2020, the report of the Corporate Secretary on the work The Board of Directors and its Committees, as well as the Corporate Secretary of the State Corporation for 2020;

- the amount of remuneration to employees of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation was approved for the results of work for the 4th quarter of 2020 and for the results of work for 2020, the amount of remuneration for the Corporate Secretary of the State Corporation for 2020, amendments and additions to the Rules for assessing the performance of employees of the Internal Audit Service and the Corporate Secretary, a schedule for assessing the performance of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation and its Committees based on the results of work for 2020, a report on compliance / non-compliance with the principles and key provisions of the Corporate Governance Code of the State Corporation for 2020.

And also, it was decided to early terminate the powers of the auditors of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation R.A. Akhmetov, G. S. Kaiyrbekova. and the appointment of A.M. Zhakupov as an auditor of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation.
