The Documentation Terminal project has been scaled up in Astana

Documentation terminals have been installed in five public service centers in Astana. Previously, the innovative project of the State Corporation was already presented in the capital at the Public Service Center at Kerey St., Zhanibek Khandar, 4. Seven more terminals were installed in five service centers for the population of Astana for self-submission of applications for the production of passports and identity cards.

Today, a delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan visited one of the public service centers in the capital, where the terminals are installed. Representatives of the neighboring state were shown the algorithm of actions and functionality of the documentation project. At the same time, the guests appreciated the high level of development of technology and service in public service centers.

“We are working to ensure high-quality and fast provision of public services. For this purpose, this year we installed terminals in public service centers in Astana and Almaty. Since the launch, more than 10 thousand applications have already been received. Since the project is in demand among service recipients, we decided to scale it up. By the way, when developing the terminal, all risks were taken into account, information security and personal data protection were ensured. This was also presented to the delegation from Uzbekistan today,” said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.

We would like to add that you can submit an application through the terminal for the production of a passport and identity card at public service centers in Astana at the following addresses:

- st. Kerey, Zhanibek khandar, 4;

- Mangilik ate ave., 30;

- Republic Ave., 43;

- Tauelsizdik Ave., 16/1;

- st. Imanova, 20;

- st. E. Serkebaeva, 13;

In addition, by the end of the year a terminal will be connected to the public service center at the address: st. Satpayeva, 25. Thus, the State Corporation will provide terminals to all service centers for the population of Astana.

Let us remind you that when submitting an application on your own, the system invites the client to take a photo and choose a good photo. After which you need to pay the state fee using a QR code. By the way, the terminal is configured in such a way that privileged categories of citizens are exempt from paying duties.
