In the city of Almaty, on November 9 of this year, an online service for automatically concluding an agreement with public utilities was launched. This project is being implemented by the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” together with the Akimat of the city of Almaty.

To simplify the procedure and implement an online service for automatically concluding an agreement with utility service providers, the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, together with the Akimat of the city of Almaty, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out work to integrate the information system “Unified State Cadastre” real estate" with public utility services and a database of mobile citizens.

“After purchasing housing, Almaty residents will receive a congratulatory SMS message with a link to the ialma website about the possibility of concluding an agreement with public utilities automatically. If the owner agrees, the information is automatically transferred to the City Services Portal information system. After execution, the property owner is sent an SMS containing a link to the completed document. We have been successfully implementing this online service in the city of Astana since September 16, 2022. More than 80 thousand services have already been provided through the service in the capital since its launch,” noted Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.

By the way, by the end of this year it is planned to introduce an online service for automatically concluding contracts with utility service providers in the Zhetysu region, as well as the Kyzylorda, Mangistau and Turkestan regions. In other regions, connection to the system is planned until the end of the 1st quarter of 2024.
