On September 29, 2023, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) was held, in which the following members of the Board of Directors took part: Turysov A.N., Bekbauov B.A., Tashenev B.Kh., Abdildin S.T., Temirzhanov M.B., Balieva Z.Ya., Begimbetov E.N., I. Tallo, Nayzabekova A.S.

Based on the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made:

Reports on the current state of the risk management process of the State Corporation for the first half of 2023, and of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation based on the results of work for the second quarter of 2023 were approved.

At the same time, Saduakasova Zh. was appointed to the position of chief manager for comprehensive verification of counterparties of the Compliance Control Service of the State Corporation, and compliance analysts Kokanov D.M., Kazbekov B.S. were also appointed.
