A meeting of the Board of Directors on the agenda was held at the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”

On July 21, 2023, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) was held, in which the following members of the Board of Directors took part: Turysov A.N., Ospanov E.D., Bekbauov B.A., Tashenev B.Kh., Abdildin S.T., Balieva Z.Ya., Begimbetov E.N., I. Tallo, Nayzabekova A.S.

Based on the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made:

The Annual Report of the State Corporation for 2022, the Report on the implementation of the development plan of the State Corporation for 2021-2025 for 2022, the final performance and the amount of bonuses for the chairman and members of the Management Board based on the results of work for 2022, the Report of the Compliance Control Service for the 2nd quarter of 2023, the action plan were approved to improve the corporate governance system of the State Corporation for 2023-2023, as well as the Regulations on the Compliance Control Service and the Anti-Corruption and Fraud Policy of the State Corporation in new editions, changes and additions have been made to the Initiative Information Policy of the State Corporation.

At the same time, the reduction of units in the Internal Audit and Compliance Control Services was supported. In addition, decisions were made on the early termination of the powers of the compliance analyst of the Compliance Control Service Seitenov A.A., the powers of the compliance analyst of the Compliance Control Service Kaliev B.E. were extended for a new term, the compliance analyst of the Compliance Control Service of the State Corporation Khusainov S.M. was appointed, ahead of schedule The powers of the corporate secretary of the State Corporation Z.M.
