On June 28 and July 6, 2023, public service centers and special public service centers in Kazakhstan will not work in connection with the celebration of Kurban Ait and Capital Day. At the same time, on July 7 and 8, until 13:00, only duty public service centers and special public service centers will receive citizens.

Please note that July 1 will be a working day for specialized and regular service centers across the country. On this day, public service centers will receive citizens until 18:00, special service centers until 20:30.

Let us remind you that at present the country’s special service centers involved in legalization have switched to an enhanced operating mode. Until July 1, they receive citizens on weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00 (issue of documents until 20:30), on Saturdays from 9:00 to 18:00 (issue of documents until 19:30).

By the way, public service centers receive citizens on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, duty officers - on weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00, on Saturdays - 9:00 to 13:00. Special service centers will return to this schedule after legalization is completed.
