The state corporation reports stable performance of real estate services, including registration at the place of residence. The transfer of data from the SDB “Real Estate Register” to the IS “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre” has been completed, commissioning work continues.

All government services related to real estate are operating normally. These include registration at the place of residence, request for information about registered rights (encumbrances) on real estate for individuals, request for information about the absence (presence) of real estate for individuals and others. Services can be ordered through the Public Service Center and the Unified Notary Information System.

Let us recall that on April 5, 2023, the Law “On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the digitalization of public services in the field of land relations” was signed. In order to automate the provision of public services in the field of land relations, the State Corporation carried out work to launch the information system “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre”.
