Deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan proposed to unify the information system “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre” with the database of the Supreme Court. Thus, a judicial act that has entered into legal force will immediately enter the State Corporation system. This initiative was proposed as part of a meeting of the Consultative Advisory Council (ACC) of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

The meeting of the consultative and advisory council was held at the Central Office of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” with the participation of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Abenov, Marat Bashimov, Danabek Isabekov, who are members of the KCC, as well as Bakytzhan Bazarbek and Olzhas Kuspekov, who expressed a desire to take part in the work of the council .

First of all, before the meeting, the council members got acquainted with the work of the New PSC and the Operations Department of the State Corporation, where they were presented with the main production projects of the State Corporation. For example, a unified platform for receiving and processing all requests from citizens eOtinish and the information system “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre”.

During the meeting, council members also announced the results of the activities of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” for 2022 and the tasks set for 2023.

By the way, about 17 million government services are provided through the State Corporation per year, one and a half million service recipients apply per month, and about 100 thousand applications are accepted per day.

Following the meeting, members of the advisory council made a number of recommendations to improve the quality of public services, and also made proposals for improving public services in the field of real estate registration and land cadastre.

It is worth noting that among the main initiatives voiced by the deputies of the Mazhilis is the unification of the information system “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre” with the database of the Supreme Court, which will allow a judicial act that has entered into legal force to automatically enter the State Corporation system. This initiative is proposed to be introduced by people's representatives as part of the preparation of a project to introduce amendments and additions to the law “On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges.”

At the end of the meeting, Mazhilis deputies expressed their support for the State Corporation in promoting a number of projects necessary for service recipients at the legislative level.

Let us note that the main principles of the advisory council are transparency and openness, and the members of the council are citizens who are not indifferent to the work of the State Corporation and are able to express constructive criticism and suggestions for improving the quality of work.
