Working hours of public service centers and special public service centers on holidays

In May 2023, Kazakhstanis will celebrate: May 1 - Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day and May 9 - Victory Day. The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” reports that in connection with the holidays, public service centers and special public service centers in Kazakhstan will not work on May 1, 8 and 9.

Please note that on Saturday, May 6, only employees of duty service centers and special service centers will go to work. On this day they will serve citizens until 13:00. After the May 10 holidays, all public service centers will continue to operate as usual.

Let us remind you that regular public service centers receive citizens on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, on duty - on weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00, on Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00.
