A new front office of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” has opened in Turkestan. The new public service center is located at Tole bi 65 b.
Now residents have the opportunity to choose a more convenient public service center for receiving government services. Thus, with the opening of a new public service center, the risks of crowds of citizens will be minimized and the time for receiving government services will be reduced.
“Previously, visitors from remote areas of the city had to spend an hour to get to the public service center. We listened to the requests of the townspeople and chose the most convenient location for the public service center to ensure accessibility of government services for all residents of Turkestan,” noted Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Ainur Tobaeva.
In the new Public Service Center of Turkestan, in addition to traditional government services, an “immersion zone” has been additionally introduced, where visitors can independently obtain any document they need without the help of an operator. Also in this area, employees teach clients digital literacy.
In order to improve the quality of service provision in the new PSC, new technologies will be used, such as an updated electronic queue management module, a video and audio stream management service, which includes analytics of the number of citizens, identification of employees at workplaces, conversation recording, analysis speech script.
It should be noted that the number of jobs in the public service center has been increased from 13 to 21, which makes it possible to provide more services to the population and thereby reduce the load on other public service centers in the city. According to rough estimates, the new facility will be visited by about 800-1000 citizens per day, which is 2 times more than at the moment.
