On June 29, 2022, a visiting meeting of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) was held, in which the following members of the Board of Directors took part: Turysov A.N., Ospanov E.D., Abdildin S.T. , Balieva Z.Ya., Begimbetov E.N., I. Tallo, Nayzabekova A.S.

Based on the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors, the following main decisions were made:

The Annual Report on the activities of the State Corporation for 2021, the Report on the implementation of the Development Plan of the State Corporation for 2021-2025 for 2021, the Development Program of the Compliance Control Service of the State Corporation, the Policy for the Prevention and Resolution of Conflicts of Interest in the State Corporation, the Policy in the field of gifts, cultural, entertainment and other representative events of the State Corporation, Maps of key performance indicators for the chairman and members of the Board of the State Corporation for 2022, the staffing level of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation was increased, and a decision was made to reward the chairman and members of the Board of the State Corporation and the amount of their remuneration was approved based on the results of work for 2021.

The Rules for the sale of assets of the State Corporation, approved by the Board of Directors of the State Corporation No. 01-01-02/10 dated September 4, 2017, were canceled and the Executive Body of the State Corporation was instructed to approve these Rules by its decision.

Kaliev Baurzhan Ersainovich was appointed as a compliance analyst of the Compliance Control Service of the State Corporation.
