You need to have three documents with you - a teenager’s birth certificate, an identity card of one of the parents, a receipt for payment of the state fee, which is 0.2 MCI (636 tenge). When drawing up the document, the presence of the child himself is required. In addition, if the parents have different citizenships, it is necessary to attach a notarized statement of consent from the foreigner’s parent to the child receiving documents identifying himself as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The certificate is valid for 10 years.
