The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducts online public monitoring to determine the quality of public services.

All interested clients can fill out a questionnaire on the “Open Dialogue” platform of the eGov portal via the link - http://m.egov.kz/survey/. For convenience, in an online form, the client will be able to see a list of government services for which he applied in 2022 and evaluate each of them separately.

To complete the survey, you must have an electronic signature.

The survey will help to find out the level of satisfaction of the population in the provision of public services and identify problematic issues.
