Kazakhstanis can visit public service centers using the Ashyq application

According to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan (No. 27 of June 11, 2021), Kazakhstanis can visit city public service centers using the Ashyq application. Business, cultural and sports facilities are already working with it. Clients with a safe and neutral status can now receive government services without having to pre-book a queue.

“Thanks to this, public service centers will be able not only to accept more clients, but also to protect their employees and visitors. However, the ability to pre-book a queue remains as before. In case of pre-booking, you will even have an advantage - you will immediately get to the operator at the appointed time. We understand that the flow of visitors will increase, so we ask you not to forget about sanitary safety measures - wear masks, maintain social distance, use sanitizers!” – said the chairman of the board of “Government for Citizens” A. Kozhikhov.

Each front office received a personal QR code to scan. It will be placed at the entrance to the building. If Ashyq is not available, you can use the Egov mobile, Kaspi.kz and Halyk Homebank applications, where Ashyq functionality was recently introduced. In the absence of these applications, at the entrance area the client’s status will be determined by PSC employees using the provided IIN.

If a “yellow” or “red” status is detected, the client will not be allowed into the PSC building.
