The meeting of the Board of Directors was held at “Government for Citizens”

On May 20, 2021, a meeting of the Government Board of Directors for citizens was held. The following members of the Council took part in it: Musin B.B., Amirgaliev A.Kh., Ospanov E.D., Tashenev B.Kh., Kozhikhov A.G., Balieva Z.Ya., Mukhamedzhanov B.G., Tallo I., Esembaev N.S.

Following the meeting, the following decisions were made:

  • the Annual Financial Statements were pre-approved and proposals were made on the procedure for distributing the net income of the State Corporation for 2020 with subsequent submission to the Sole Shareholder for approval, a semi-annual clarification of the State Corporation Development Plan for 2021-2025 (year - 2021, clarification of the first half of the year), a map of key performance indicators were approved (KPI) for the Chairman and members of the Management Board of the State Corporation for 2021, the amount of remuneration for employees of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation based on performance results for the first quarter of 2021, Regulations on the Compliance Control Service, action plan to improve the corporate governance system of the State Corporation for 2021-2022 .;
  • the head of the Compliance Control Service, D.K. Karashev, was appointed, his term of office and the amount of his official salary were determined;
  • the amount of payment for the services of an audit organization was determined for the audit of the annual financial statements of the State Corporation for 2021;
  • the Plan for Automation of Public Services, the Report of the Internal Audit Service of the State Corporation on the results of work for the first quarter of 2021, the results of an assessment of the activities of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation and its Committees on the results of work for 2020 were also reviewed and taken into account.
