Candidates wishing to apply to the talent pool need to register on the website talent.gov4c.kz. When submitting an application in the system, you must fill in personal data, indicate the region, the name of the organization in which he / she works / worked, position and direction of activity. In addition, during registration, information about education, work experience, contact phone number and e-mail are filled in. The candidate must also attach copies of ID, diploma, certificates and letters of recommendation (at least three). After the registration procedure, a confirmation letter is sent to the specified mail, when clicking on the link specified in the letter, the applicant must sign the user agreement with an EDS key.

Registered persons can supplement the information in their personal account, see the stages and results of the selection, which proves the complete transparency and openness of the selection process. The selection of candidates will take place in 3 stages. Those who have successfully passed the testing stages will be interviewed by members of the expert commission, consisting of government and public figures, HR experts and board members of the state corporation. Applicants with the highest score and passed the interview stage will be enrolled in the talent pool for subsequent appointment to the corresponding vacant positions.
