The State Corporation “Government for Citizens” is expanding the range of services that make it possible to receive government services easily and quickly. This time, the Government for citizens provided for the needs of Kazakh businesses and launched a service called “Personal Manager”. As part of this project, legal entities can receive government services without visiting public service centers; a personal manager will go to their office and do everything himself, providing the organization only with the final result.
To obtain the services of a personal manager, an agreement is concluded between the state corporation and a legal entity for the provision of services according to the approved price list. Representatives of large businesses, second-tier banks, construction companies, etc. can use the personal manager service.
“A personal manager is a specialist whose responsibilities include individual customer service, searching for the most effective tools, profitable and strategically correct ways to solve the client’s problems. It ensures proper time management so that the company spends less time receiving government services. Also, the introduction of the “Personal Manager” service will reduce the load on public service centers and increase the time spent by employees of the state corporation on servicing individuals,” said Asemgul Baltasheva, chairman of the board of the state corporation “Government for Citizens”.
It is worth noting that this is not the first service that allows citizens to save their time on receiving government services without visiting public service centers. Since October of this year, motorists who have re-registered their cars online on the egov.kz portal can order license plates and registration certificates with home delivery. To do this, just provide the necessary data, residential address and pay for the service. After which an employee of the state corporation will deliver the license plate and the finished certificate to the specified address.
By the way, next year it is planned to launch home delivery of documents such as passports, identity cards and birth certificates.
