During March, the compliance control service of NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” will conduct an internal analysis of corruption and fraudulent risks in the activities of specialized public service centers.

The analysis will be carried out in accordance with the standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption.

Citizens who have encountered official violations in specialized centers or those who have suggestions for improving government services in the field of traffic can send their comments and suggestions to compliance.control@gov4c.kz. Every voice will be heard and every appeal will be taken into account.
