More than 8 thousand applications were received through the PSC application to book a queue to take exams at special PSCs. Citizens no longer need to contact the center to apply for a primary driver's license. They can do this online through the application under the “Video Service” tab.

Thanks to the service, citizens can significantly save time. So, previously, in order to pass the theory, the service recipient had to come to a special public service center, get a coupon, wait in line, submit an application from the operator and only after that go to the examination class. Now it is not necessary to go through these stages. The client can appear directly for the theory exam at the designated time that he had previously booked. And after successfully passing the theory, you can also book a queue for practice through the “CSC” application.

Please note that via a video call you can not only book a queue, but also submit scanned copies of documents for obtaining a driver’s license. These include a medical certificate, a photograph of the service recipient, a photo of the signature, a certificate of completion of a driving school in case of completion of training, and a check for payment of the state fee. All documents must be attached in the dialog box.
