The state corporation has digitized commercial services in the field of land cadastre

Applications for establishing and restoring the boundaries of land plots can now be submitted through a public cadastral map in the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre information system.

This is the first commercial digital service in the field of land registry.

Employees of the State Corporation branches in all regions have been trained, tested the new functionality of the public cadastral map and are ready to accept applications for establishing and restoring plot boundaries in digital format.

As noted in the State Corporation, digitization has several advantages: the risk of corruption is reduced, applications can be submitted extraterritorially, from anywhere. If previously you had to go to the branch of the “Government for Citizens” to submit an application and get the finished result, now there is no such need.

Any citizen or legal entity can submit an application in the public cadastral map after authorization (login/password, digital signature, Digital-ID, QR code). When submitting an application to establish or restore boundaries, the system quickly calculates the cost of the service - it depends on the purpose and area of the site - the client will be sent a contract and even an invoice for payment for signature. The final document on the establishment of boundaries will also be available in electronic form.

Previously, the State Corporation digitized four more land cadastre services, which can be obtained online.
