With the introduction of the new traffic rules 3.0 system for passing the theoretical exam, the testing rules have been tightened. Thus, in Shymkent, Turkestan, Aktobe and Akmola regions, exam results were canceled due to violations of the exam rules.

Thanks to the new system, State Corporation employees discovered that when taking tests, service recipients used micro-earphones and HDMI splitters that allowed them to connect remotely to personal computers. In addition, there were also those who sewed prohibited devices into the sleeves of their clothes, and also came to the exam wearing vests with built-in electronic devices.

In the city of Shymkent, the client used the help of a third party, who suggested the correct answers by tapping on the window. The system counted the body movements of the examinee, frequent turns towards the window, and the audio recording recorded tapping, due to which the test results were canceled.

“The new system was introduced on October 16 of this year in 83 examination classes in all regions of Kazakhstan. The number of successful test results has almost halved. This is a good indicator that only those citizens who have truly mastered the rules of the road receive a driver’s license,” said Shyngys Orazalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.

We would like to add that those citizens whose test results have been cancelled, can apply to take the test again only after 3 months. By the way, more than a million driver’s licenses have been issued since the beginning of the year.
