Arman Kenzhegaliev headed the State Corporation "Government for Citizens"

Arman Kenzhegaliev was appointed Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.

Arman Kenzhegaliev Shokanovich graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Kainar University, and the University of Sheffield.

Qualification by specialty - economist, lawyer, master's degree in public administration and public policy.

He began his career in 1999 as a lawyer in a commercial organization.

In 2002 - 2003 worked as the chief specialist for legal work of the Astana Post Office AF, Kazpost JSC.

In 2003 - 2012 worked in various positions in the structure of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2012 - 2017 — chief expert, consultant of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2017 - 2018 - Deputy Director of the Department of Registration Service and Organization of Legal Services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018 - 2020 - Deputy Director; Director of the Department of By-laws of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since August 2020, he served as Director of the Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 26, 2021 to the current appointment - Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
