In order to submit an application, the user must select “Video Service” in the “CSC” mobile application. The service will connect the service recipient with a special service center operator to provide initial consultation. You will then be asked to pay the state fee for obtaining a driver's license or provide a previously paid check. After payment, you must provide a scanned version of the medical certificate form No. 073/u, a certificate of completion of a driving school, a photo of the service recipient that meets the requirements and his signature. By the way, you can attach the requested documents in the dialog box when communicating with a video consultant. Please note that after successfully submitting an application, the citizen will be asked to book a queue at a special public service center by selecting the day and time of the exam.

“Previously, driver candidates had to personally contact a special service center to fill out an application and pay the state fee before taking the exam. Now citizens can complete this step online without leaving home. So, having filled out an application via video call and booked a queue, the client can arrive at the special public service center at the appointed time to take the exam. In the future, it is planned to launch the function of submitting applications through the e-government portal and information systems of second-tier banks,” noted the Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin.
