Three land plots in the Kyzylorda region were sold at an online auction

The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" together with colleagues from MCRIAP, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, JSC "NIT" and regional akimats, as part of the development and implementation of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre (USCR), implemented a project for the sale of state land plots using electronic auctions.

Three plots of land in Kyzylorda were sold through an online auction. One, with a starting price of 1.5 million tenge, went under the “electronic” hammer for more than 2.8 million tenge, the other two for 246 thousand and 396 thousand tenge.

How does the online auction work?

- Every Kazakhstani can take part in the auction. To become a participant in the online auction, you must log in to the eGov portal, then select the government service “Provision of a state-owned land plot through the organization and holding of tenders (auctions) for the sale of a land plot or the right to lease land plots in electronic form”, fill out an application to participate in the auction .

Then, after signing the application using an electronic signature, the participant will be redirected to the Electronic Trading Platform portal via the link https://e-auction.gosreestr.kz/. There you need to register and deposit a guarantee deposit into your account.

- Bidding is carried out according to the English method - to increase prices. The starting price is determined based on the cadastral value of the land plot.

- Upon completion of the auction, the winner receives title documents for the land plot. This service is provided by the State Corporation.

Objective of the project

The entire online bidding process is absolutely transparent, it is impossible to influence the results - this is the first step towards eliminating corruption in the field of land relations. The project will be scaled throughout the republic.

The next online auction will take place on July 8 in Aktobe, where several land plots are up for sale.

It should be noted that the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” provides a full cycle of paperwork for a land plot, starting from the development of a land management project to the preparation of an act for a land plot with registration of rights.
