Residents of Nur-Sultan, when applying for a technical passport, state license plate and replacing a driver’s license online, can now pick up the finished documents at the new department of the Auto Public Service Center at Sauran, 7.

The new department has two windows where ready-made license plates, registration certificates and driver’s licenses are issued (when updating the document, the primary driver’s license is issued only at a special service center after passing the exams). By the end of the year, such special service center departments are planned to be opened in other large cities of Kazakhstan.

We would like to add that all mentioned government services can be obtained online through the eGov portal. You can also re-register vehicles through the Kaspi and Halyk Homebank mobile applications. The new department also has consultants who explain to clients how they can apply for a replacement driver’s license through the e-government portal and register a car using banking applications.
