The State Corporation held an absentee meeting of the Board of Directors, in which the following members of the Board took part: Turysov A.N., Ospanov E.D., Amirgaliev A.Kh., Tashenev B.Kh., Kozhikhov A.G., Balieva Z.Ya. ., Begimbetov E.N., Ivar Tallo, Nayzabekova A.S.

Based on the results of the absentee meeting of the Board of Directors, a decision was made on the placement of authorized shares of the State Corporation, the number of shares to be placed within the limits of the number of authorized shares, the method and price of their placement.
