PSCs can be visited only by prior reservation

In order to exclude the congestion of citizens and the risk of infection, when visiting a public service center in some regions, the reception of service recipients will be carried out strictly by appointment. In connection with the deterioration of the epidemiological situation, the chief sanitary doctors of the regions issued an order for the work of public service centers in the years. Nur-Sultan, Atyrau, Kostanay, Tobol, Rudny, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey. Now the reception of visitors will be carried out only by prior reservation. Note that these changes do not apply to public service centers in rural areas and district centers.

The entrance to the PSC buildings is carried out strictly in masks. To maintain the distance, markings of 1.5 - 2 meters are drawn. There are sanitizers in every public service center.

To leave a reservation request, citizens can use the e-government portal egov.kz, the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot service, or call the short number 1414. After the booking procedure, the citizen receives a notification at what time he needs to come to the PSC.

“Our colleagues in the front offices are in direct contact with the service recipients. We try our best to protect our visitors and our employees by providing them with protective equipment. Therefore, we recommend that service recipients refrain from visiting the PSC in case of any manifestations of symptoms of the disease, ”says the chairman of the state corporation Adil Kozhikhov.
