At the initiative of the project office "Atyrau Adaldyk Alagy", an agreement on bilateral cooperation was signed between the branches in the Atyrau region of the NJSC "Government for Citizens" and JSC "Kazpost". Now car owners can apply after the expiration of their driver's license at the PSC and receive a ready-made document by mail.

Previously, residents of Indersky, Isataisky, Kyzylkoginsky, Makat and Makhambet districts applied to a specialized public service center in Atyrau to change their driver's license, but now they can renew their rights through district public service centers.

“I hope this cooperation will be fruitful. After all, residents of remote areas wasted time and money, coming to the regional center.

Now they can submit documents through the district PSC and indicate their address. Our employees send this application to the government agency. A ready-made document is immediately delivered from the city to the district, using the mail service, to the service recipient's home. At the same time, the old document can be sent through the postman. This is also one of the mechanisms for providing quality services, ”said Musa Khairuliyev, director of the regional branch of the state corporation Government for Citizens.

The cost of the service for the delivery of documents for service recipients is set at 470 tenge, postal services in the regions will be provided daily.

It is worth noting that two large districts of the region, namely residents of the Zhylyoi district with a population of more than 80 thousand people and the Kurmangazin district with a population of 60 thousand people, can exchange driver's licenses in the local district departments of the Public Service Center.

They have special equipment for printing driver's license.

According to statistics, for 8 months of this year, residents of the Atyrau region have replaced about 18 thousand driver's licenses.
