From March 1, Almaty residents will not need to travel outside the city to re-register a car. All operators who previously provided services for the registration of the purchase and sale of vehicles in the specialized public service center №1 (Sayaly microdistrict) moved to the building of the Avtodom auto complex. In connection with the move on Saturday, February 27, the specialized PSC # 1 will not work.

At the beginning of this year, a small corner was opened in the Avtodom shopping center, where only one operator provided services for car re-registration. The state corporation decided to expand this corner and make it a full-fledged sector of the auto center.

“It was important for us to unload the most visited special center and make available the re-registration service in a part of the city convenient for Almaty residents. The new location will speed up the process of reissuing a purchased car without leaving the city. We plan to transfer 50 specialists from the registration department to this sector, ”says Adil Kozhikhov, chairman of the board of the state corporation.

Despite the pandemic, the number of customer service centers has not decreased. Last year, Almaty residents were provided with 608 thousand services for re-registration of cars, which is 24% of the volume of services provided in the republic.

In the specialized public service center No. 1 in the Sayalyalmatinsky microdistrict, as before, they will continue to receive state services related only to the issuance of a driver's license. Namely, the initial registration and passing of theoretical, practical exams, replacement due to loss, change after the expiration of the document, obtaining additional categories, etc.

A practical exam and a medical examination upon obtaining a driver's license are carried out in specialized service centers for the population of Sayaly and Kemel microdistricts. In addition, small areas for car decoration work in the salons ALLUR AUTO, AstanaMotors and AsterAuto. In total, there are 5 car service centers in Almaty.

Working hours of auto stations: From Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 20.00 without a break.
