Unfair passing of the exam was most often observed in Shymkent - 76 times, Turkestan region - 58 and Almaty - 28. At the same time, driver candidates used headphones, cameras, remote access devices and the help of strangers.
Thus, in Shymkent, enterprising citizens took turns taking exams wearing the same T-shirt with a sewn-in micro-camera. The Traffic Regulations 3.0 system recognized the flashing light on the clothes of service recipients and transmitted a signal to State Corporation employees about possible violations. Subsequently, these citizens were excluded from testing, and their results were cancelled. According to the approved Rules, they will be able to take the exam only after three months.
“The State Corporation pays special attention to the transparency of exams in specialized public service centers. For us, first of all, it is important that driving licenses are obtained by citizens who know the rules of the road and have mastered driving skills. The Traffic Regulations 3.0 system was created for proper control and prevention of possible facts of corruption,” noted Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.
