Compared to 2022, the number of calls has increased by almost 24%, representing more than 7 million calls. At the same time, last year citizens were most often interested in questions regarding obtaining passports, identity cards, driver’s licenses and the appointment of benefits for the birth of a child and child care.
It should be noted that 1414 provides advisory assistance on public services, the eOtinish system, the activities of public service centers, and legal issues. In addition, operators can answer questions regarding the social and labor sphere, regarding compulsory social health insurance and receiving medical care.
Also, last year, a robot was introduced on the line of the unified contact center, which provides popular government services and advisory support 24/7. He can independently provide such popular services as booking a queue at a public service center, checking the readiness of documents, issuing certificates from a psycho- and drug treatment clinic. By the way, in 2023, the robot’s help was used more than 5 million times.
Let us recall that in April 2021, the Unified Contact Center 1414 was transferred to the State Corporation. Offices are based in 7 cities of Kazakhstan, more than 500 operators work. We also note that this year 1414 was one of the three finalists in the international Crystal Set competition, in which 444 companies took part.
