A new way to book a queue at the Public Service Center online has appeared in Kazakhstan

NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" together with Halyk Bank implemented a service for booking a queue at the Public Service Center and receiving a digital coupon via QR through the Halyk application.

In order to book a queue at the Public Service Center, you must select “Government Services” on the main page of the application, then “Reservation of a queue at the Public Service Center.” Next, the system will prompt you to select a city, public service center, purpose of visit, date and time of visit. Upon arriving at the service center, the client will be able to scan the QR on a sticker located at the reception desk and receive an electronic digital coupon.

“Visitors to public service centers complain that they are not always given an electronic queue coupon. To prevent such problems from arising, we have implemented an alternative method of booking a queue, as well as a guaranteed opportunity to receive a ticket. In addition, since the beginning of the year, more than 600 thousand people applied to public service centers for reservations and received paper coupons. Now we are moving away from paper coupons, and citizens will be able to receive an electronic one by showing it to a PSC employee on their smartphone or gadget,” said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.

“This is the result of another collaboration between Halyk developers and colleagues from the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry. Like all of our implemented services, it is designed to serve Halyk clients as a reliable tool for planning and managing their time. I would also like to note that we, as the first bank to implement ESG standards, always advocate saving resources. An electronic coupon on a smartphone screen will be an excellent alternative to paper coupons,” commented Nariman Mukushev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Halyk Bank.

Please note that booking a visit to the Public Service Center in advance helps to significantly save service recipients’ time. Thus, since the beginning of the year, about 6 million citizens have applied to public service centers in the country, 10% of them have pre-booked a queue.

By the way, you can also use the service by calling 1414, through the telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0, the Mobile Public Service Center application, eGov mobile and the e-government portal.
