Representatives of the State Corporation and RNP got acquainted with the work of notaries

The Chairman of the Board of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” and the Chairman of the Republican Notary Chamber got acquainted with the work of notaries and verified the functionality of the Unified State Tax Code system.

“In connection with the transition to the new system of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre, in the first days there was a temporary incorrect performance of real estate services. The State Corporation carried out the necessary work and fixed the problems. The main thing for us was, first of all, to ensure the uninterrupted operation of notaries, the eGov.kz portal and public service centers. Now we are connecting all other structures involved in the system,” said Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Suyenish Abdildin.

“Today, notaries are working as usual. The only thing left to do is to connect the certificates that were previously ordered through UNIS. Now, in connection with the transition to the Unified State Control System, we are completing work on system integration. A temporary solution has been thought out so that notaries can complete transactions until we get the system in place. At the moment, notaries can request certificates through a third party request service through the eGov.kz portal. Upon completion of the technical work, notaries will be able to use the service they are accustomed to. By the way, since May 10, 8,114 applications from UNIS have been accepted, of which 4,367 have been executed,” added Chairman of the RPP Asel Zhanabilova.

It should be noted that UNIS is integrated with dozens of different information systems, including the Unified State Human Capital System IS. From May 5 to May 9 of this year, technical work was carried out on the transition from the state database “Real Estate Register” to the new system “Unified State Real Estate Cadastre”.
