You can receive information about social payments through bank applications

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, together with second-tier banks, implemented a project to obtain information about social payments through the Kaspi and Halyk Homebank mobile applications.

In order to obtain the necessary certificate in the Kaspi mobile application, just go to the “Government Services” section, then select the “Digital Documents” - “Certificates” tabs. In the Halyk Homebank application - “Government Services” - “Certificates”.

The digital version of the certificate contains information about the amount of received and active payments. The service recipient can choose any period starting from 2016 (maximum period – 3 years).

Let us note that previously citizens received information on social payments on paper at the branches of the NJSC “Government for Citizens” at their permanent place of residence. Every year, more than 230 thousand service recipients (recipients of TSA and SHG for disability, large families) applied to the departments of the State Corporation for these certificates.

By the way, providing a certificate of benefits received, pensions and social payments through mobile banking applications not only simplifies and facilitates the process of obtaining information, but also reduces the burden on employees of the State Corporation departments.
