Three joint public service centers have appeared in the cities of Astana and Kosshy. In them, clients can receive both PSC and bank services.

Cooperation is primarily beneficial for the service consumers themselves, including the Bank’s clients. So, for example, if they apply to the BCC to obtain a loan secured by real estate and an error is discovered in the title documents, they will not have to waste time traveling to the public service center.
