In connection with the closure of the Public Service Center located at 32 Tauelsizdik Avenue, the Government for Citizens State Corporation decided to open two new Public Service Centers at 16/1 Tauelsizdik Avenue and 25 K. Satpayev Street.

Now residents of the Almaty region can choose a convenient public service center for receiving government services. The new digital offices have everything needed to provide high-quality services. Thus, the building has an area for documentation, speed, social services, as well as a department for providing land cadastre services. Also in the public service centers there is an E-natizhe zone, where clients can submit an appeal to the government agency.

For pensioners, mothers of many children, and people with disabilities, the new centers provide ramps and separate service windows.

Please note that the Public Service Center at 32 Tauelsizdik Avenue closed on December 30 and no longer accepts visitors. In two new public service centers, citizens are provided with services on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
